TowTrax: Insurance Coverage Requirements

Comprehensive General and Automobile Liability Insurance requirements are as follows:
  • Excess/umbrella liability insurance policies must follow the form of the underlying liability policy(s) with a minimum aggregate coverage of $1,000,000
  • Minimum limits of $100,000 each person and $300,000 each occurrence for bodily injury, (minimum $100,000 per occurrence for Service Providers that provide roadside assistance only and do not tow)
  • Minimum $100,000 for each occurrence for property damage or a minimum combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of $500,000 per occurrence, and Cargo insurance of $50,000 minimum
  • To ensure that we will be updated regularly by your insurer, we require that we be added as certificate holder as follows: Sonar Watch, Inc., dba TowTrax, 130 N. Preston Road, Suite 322, Prosper, TX 75078
